My favorite diet change is that I stopped adding butter/margarine to my coffee! My mornings usually include a small bit of butter, but I have not been adding it to my coffee. It’s amazing how it can change your mindset from a negative to a positive when you focus on positive things and stop focusing on negative or boring things. I highly recommend these workouts to everyone who’s looking for some motivation. They have been a great way to start my morning and keep me moving throughout my work day. The only difference now is that I work out for the entire amount of my work day. I am a lot stronger than when I first started (and now I’m starting to notice an improvement in my mental focus). I find it easier to eat better these days because I’m getting stronger. I highly recommend these workouts. More..
This blog is dedicated to our new life together. My beautiful Sophie was born on April 6th and I absolutly love being a mommy! I didn't know that this much happiness existed in the world until I gazed at my baby girl. We are on our own now and this blog highlights the ups and downs of our life. We hope you enjoy it!
